About the role
NZEI Te Riu Roa is looking for a Social and Media Advisor to join our team in the New Year. You will report to our Director of Communications and your role will include:
- Creating and deploying engaging social content
- Creating and advising on digital content for our website
- Creating content to recruit union members and engage current members
- Reporting on social media analytics and providing analysis to drive direction of work
- Providing the communications team with strong social input to any communications work
Skills and experience
- Fantastic social content creation skills
- Strong writing skills
- Working effectively in a team
- A strong understanding of digital marketing
- Video and photography skills that capture member stories and action
